For ultimate dictatorial power to be exercised, a large group of people must be de-humanized and deprived of all rights. The rest of society then practices shunning them, taking their possessions, removing all of their rights, and eventually exterminating them.
The society has then been trained to do this on command of Authority.
(The first cohort of enforcers may then be executed, as in Cambodia, and many other settings. They will invariably fall under suspicion.)
Creating a sub-human class in "the unvaccinated" was wholeheartedly attempted in the US and Canada, and fell short of critical mass, more in some areas than others, because principled people were willing to be fired for the principle of bodily-autonomy, myself included in that group.
Russians were largely dehumanized for the 45 years of the Cold War, so that seems convenient and hopeful for creating a class of not-really-humans-at-all, and particularly horrible ogres, too.
Removing all human faces and feelings includes sports, artists and ordinary humans communicating.
The most important thing for all of us to do is to know this, see it arising, and to resist it maximally at first appearance.
