Much Has Changed Now That Israel is Being Charged by the International Court of Justice for Violating the UN's Genocide Convention

The study of how power is acquired and exercised is very old. This study is much older than the social sciences. The pursuit of power and the study of power are deeply intertwined. The questions are many. Who has power? How did they get it, maintain it, and augment it? How can one power cartel displace and replace the base of another conglomerate of power?

The study of power is integral to the study of the war, economics, education, technological transformation, propaganda, religion, and cultural expression. Weaving in an out of the study of power is the topic of the rise and fall and resurgence of Jewish Power.

The power of the cascades of peoples identified over times as Pharisees, Hebrews, Israelites, God’s Chosen People, Jews and Zionists forms a unique topic often connected to the study of power. In fact or in legend, Jesus Christ is one of those who was deeply engaged in the study and criticism of Jewish Power.

In periods when Jewish Power has become dominant, as is the case now, part of the dominance is usually expressed by governing authorities that put up walls of censorship and obfuscation meant to minimize research into the basis of Jewish Power. This research usually has a strong economic components. The research tip, follow the money, is especially apt when it comes to the study of Jewish Power.

For Jewish Power to flourish, it must be made fairly invisible yet well equipped with coercive weaponry to impose severe punishments on those who do study the subject in spite of the often considerable dangers attached to this kind of research.

Those who do study the matter, such as the USA’s most exceptional industrialist of all times, Henry Ford, usually come to the conclusion that so much over-concentration of influence in such a small and self-serving minority has disastrous consequences for society at large.

Think of the disjoint we are seeing throughout the West as large numbers of citizens become appalled by the grotesque display of the most ruthless forms of genocide being pressed on civilian populations of Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank.

Itamar Ben-Gvir and Bezalel Smotrich, Both Cabinet Ministers in the Netanyahu Government, Are Leading Proponents of the Israel Government’s Genocidal Policies Directed at native Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank

The citizen groups opposed to the US-Israeli embrace of genocide as an instrument of public policy, have no well-embedded constitutional platforms on which to park their political principles in the existing structure of political parties in parliaments, legislatures and the US Congress. In the USA, for instance, all three front runners for presidential office in the looming November election, are owned lock-stock-and-barrel by the Israel Lobby. This Lobby, including the ADL and AIPEC in the USA, are currently hard at work creating media propaganda at the behest of their patrons in the world’s pre-eminent Baby Slaughtering Country.

US President’s Biden’s hands are especially filthy with Palestinian blood. He deserves a heavy spotlight this year as one of the primary culprits being put on trial by International Criminal Court as it explores explores South Africa’s allegation that the UN’s Genocide Convention has been violated. The British government might very well be found guilty of complicity in a genocide that both Conservative Leader Rishi Sunack and Labour Leader Keir Starmer have sanctioned and embraced with ghoulish enthusiasm.

Fake Fighting by Fake Opponents. Both Sunak and Starmer Take Their Orders from the Same Zionist Governors that Dominate Great Britain. These Zionist Governors Have Commanded Both Sunak and Starmer to Back the Genocide of the Palestinian People in Gaza and the West Bank.

When it comes to anything to do with Zionist power, opposition parties refuse to oppose government parties because they all depend on the same complex of Jewish Power for campaign financing and positive coverage in the media. In the present context Jewish Power includes shutting down democratic debate in legislatures, in Zionist-dominated media and, as shall be discussed below, in universities and colleges.

The document below is a critique of an academic essay presenting an interpretation of the malevolent alignments of power behind the manufactured COVID crisis. It also addresses the conflict between Russia and NATO’s proxy, Ukraine as well as the genocidal assault by the Israeli government on Palestinian people. This third conflict in the Middle East is rapidly expanding into a regional war.

Dr. Piers Robinson and Vanessa Beesley are the authors of the paper I criticize. Both of them have faced malicious recriminations for challenging wrongheaded interpretations that hold in place by the corrupt Zionist domination of the governments of Israeli, the USA and UK. Both Robinson and Beesley, as am I, are part of a circle of researchers in and around The Working Group on Propaganda and the 9/11 Global War on Terror.

The introducing statement of this working Working Group includes vague language pointing to “institutional and social challenges that have constrained academic research.” The concern is that “institutional impediments” are already deeply embedded in universities and other sites of supposed knowledge production.

These impediments tend to deny “the relevance and scholarly quality” of the important work being being done to counter the mass production of power-serving disinformation. This copious disinformation is regularly served up by unscrupulous and well-rewarded PR spin doctors to keep the public in the dark about what is really going on.

The result of the impediments against disseminating accurate information on the key issues of the day is the basis of the burgeoning police states we inhabit. The dystopias where we live are being governed by agencies of thought control agents like the weaponized Internet search engines that censor much truth to highlight only power-serving interpretations.

This war on free and open debate to test ideas based on merit rather than on the wealth of their backers is being currently played out in may university. In Ivy League institutions, for instance, we are currently witnessing the firing of many academics whose scholarly work does not conform to the pro-Israel interpretations favoured by weak and corrupt administrators. At Harvard and Penn State and many other schools, the curricula is being determined based on the donations of very rich Jewish donors who are using their fortunes to crush free speech and academic freedom.

This approach to deciding what happens in supposed institutions of higher learning will, in the long run, severely damage not only the schools that are discrediting themselves. The credibility of Israel and international Jewry itself is being undermined by the crudeness of Jewish billionaires accustomed to being and selling the prestige of science and academia.

The rich donors and those that collapse under the force of their threats are playing with fire in a case that puts genocide at the front and centre of Israel’s reputation, but not in the way that has developed from 1945 until recently. Heavily politicized Jewish professors like Deborah Lipstadt are bound to meet increasingly resolute opposition when they attempt to continue destroying the careers of what should have been colleagues in a shared field of academic research. The surviving opponents of the drive-by attacks by vacuous agents of Lipstaft-style thought policing, will probably rally to insist on a return to the vital process of historical revisionism.

The long and short of it is that my commentary below is an encouragement to my colleagues to throw off the shackles created by the intimidation and punishments pointed our way when we challenge the Zionist domination that is ruining the decency and viability of our societies. We must stand together with those throughout the world who are insisting that the Genocide Convention should be made to apply to a power block whose impunity for international crimes sprees must be brought to an end. Israel is not conducting self -defence. It is trying to complete the illegal occupation and genocide it initiated in 1948.

To Elizabeth Woodworth; 

I am writing to you, Elizabeth Woodworth, in response to your assessment of the new article just published in UK Column. The article also appears in the Substacks of the co-authors, Dr. Piers Robinson and Vanessa Beeley. Noth individuals are important and erudite pillars of our movement. Their new essay is entitled, "Understanding Power Dynamics and Moving Beyond Divisions: Covid-19 Through to Ukraine and Israel/Palestine."

You indicate, Elizabeth, that "this is the most coherent strategic analysis I have read on the current world situation to date." While the essay does connect many interrelated aspects of the current world condition, with respect I did not find it to be particularly "coherent."

A lot of the implied logic of what the authors wanted to convey was, it seems to me, left well hidden between the lines. Alot is left to conjecture rather than to precise and explicit articulation. The co-authors' overplaying of the discretion card on the essay's most sensitive subjects, contributes to the unfortunate lack of sharpness in the analysis 

If I was to speak obliquely about the dangers of clear articulation concerning the inordinate powers of one particular lobby, I'd refer to the need to swim gently these days around the alligator in the swimming pool. Many of us in the group will be in a position to know something about the harmful techniques frequently deployed by this glutinous alligator who often leaves the pool to the prowl the institutions that provide employment to many intellectual workers, including some in this group.  

I did appreciate the co-authors' call for "a united Resistance front" now that the "rapacious predatory class" seems to be trying to insert Iran and its allies into the place recently assigned to Russia by NATO and its US-dominated Executive Branch. Russia was made the enemy in NATO's much-heralded quest, supposedly to help Ukraine defend its "territorial integrity.

The difficult subject the co-authors fleetingly address is the schism that has emerged between key parts of "the Covid resistance" and a very significant constituency that is not coming to terms with a harsh reality that is currently right in the face of the global community. That reality is that Israel has played a central role in terms of Western power projection in the Middle East and, as part of this, a terrible injustice has been committed against Palestinians."

Robert F. Kennedy is a very articulate personification of the larger constituency that stood up against the Covidian abominations, but that now refuses to criticize Israel publicly. The co-authors put forward an excerpt from a speech by Robert F. Kennedy, the independent candidate for the US presidency. Kennedy asserted.

"Israel is critical and the reason it’s critical is because it is a bulwark for us in the Middle East. It is almost like having an aircraft carrier in the Middle East. It is our oldest ally, it’s been our ally for 75 years. It has been an incredible ally for us in terms of the technology exchange and building the Iron Dome which we have paid a lot for—has taught us enormously about how to defend ourselves against missile attack. That military expenditure—75% goes to US companies under the agreement, under the MoU. 

If you look at what’s happening in the Middle East now, the closest allies to Iran are Russia and China. Iran also controls all of Venezuela’s oil. Hezbollah is in Venezuela. They have propped up the Maduro regime and so they control that oil supply. Saudi Arabia is now joining BRICS so those countries will control 90% of the oil in our world. If Israel disappears, a vacuum opens up in the Middle East. Israel is our Ambassador, our beachhead in the ME, it gives us ears and eyes in the ME, it gives us intelligence, the capacity to influence affairs in the ME. If Israel disappeared Russia and China would be controlling the ME and would control 90% of the world’s oil supply and that would be cataclysmic for US national security."

The Israel-UK Love-In Continues in the Governments' Mutual Embrace of Genocide as An Acceptable Instrument of Public Policy

Robinson and Beesley lament the ongoing close relationship of the governments of Israel and the UK. This close relationship is continuing as is manifest in the almost universal support of British parliamentarians as well as the parties they represent, for the genocidal assault currently underway targeting the Palestinians of Gaza and the West Bank.

In the UK the wider pattern prevails that the draconian power of the Zionist lobby extends not only to directing the policies of the governing parties, but also the policies of the main opposition parties. The same same is true in Canada and in most countries of the West.

Probably Great Britain is the most dramatic example of a country where a large proportion of the citizenry, possibly the majority, seek to stop the massacres and start the process of enabling the Palestinian survivors of the genocide to recover from the lethal war crimes of the murderous genocidaires. The governments complit in genocide include the two founding partners of the Anglo-American Empire.

The co-authors specifically cite a policy paper entitled the 2030 Roadmap for UK-Bilateral Relations. The document is dated 21 March, 2023.

The co-authors present a brief summation of the Roadmap's contents with all the enthusiasm that might be ascribed to a young woman forced to date Charlie Manson. Of the Roadmap they write,

"This document lays out the involvement that Israel will have in the future of British healthcare, defence and security, climate issues, trade and investment, cyber, culture, education and higher education, science, innovation and technology. In other words, what originated as a British settler-colonialist project in Palestine after the Balfour Treaty of 1917 will now apparently occupy and influence the essential decision-making processes of British society."

The Zionist Project and the Gobolty Gook of "Discursive Institutionalism"

The essay makes it seem that everything with Israel and the worldwide Israel Lobby was not worth noting until the 10/7 event (October 7) sparked off the neon-lighted genocide that is still being chronicled live and in colour. The genocide is being witnessed, often in real time, by the massive worldwide audience plugged in to billions of digital devices throughout the world. I would think that the first-hand experiences of many in our group, devoted as we are to chronicling and assessing the role of propaganda, especially since 9/11 and the War on Terror, should have made us experts in the insidious power of the Israel Lobby. 

Is there any other lobby that even approaches the severity of the Zionist attacks on the basis of freedom of speech and academic freedom?

Already many Ivy League universities are being refashioned to keep safe and effective those Jewish students, professors, administrators and big donors who want to cheer on, but without any vocal opposition, the ongoing genocide directed disproportionately at Palestinian women and children. 

When reading through the Robinson-Beesley paper for the first time, in the twentieth paragraph the word "Zionist" jumped up as a British-incubated project currently conducting a military campaign which meets the criteria of genocide. All these points seem true to me. But why is any reference to the role of Israel absent here and in many more paragraphs to come. The topic does not really come into focus until Robert Kennedy enters the narrative. Here's the paragraph

"In terms of ideational power, levels of global support for the Palestinians, as Western-backed and the British incubated Zionist project conducts a military campaign which meets the criteria of genocide, suggest that whatever credibility the West possessed in the past is now being further, perhaps catastrophically, eroded. 

Surely the "Zionist project," which does not appear again in the essay, deserves a richer explanation than that.

Do the authors think that the quality of the Zionist project is synonymous with "whatever credibility" the West did or does possess? When I examined the paragraph more closely I realized I was unsure of what the authors were actually trying to convey. Could it be that considerations about what should not be said, or said only indirectly, have created some havoc in this essay? What should be communicated and how...what to say and what to withhold?

I have to say the term "ideational power" was not very familiar to me. Fortunately there was a reference behind it so I clicked on the link. Up came the referenced article with the title, "Power Through, Over and In Ideas: Conceptualizing Ideational Power in Discursive Institutionalism." Hmmmm..... Conceptualizing Ideational Power in Discursive Institutionalism???? I chose to take a pass on that one. 

With my skepticism aroused, I continued through the text coming up with, for instance, the following two paragraphs that I sort of understood in spite of language that seems to me far from lucid.

Another possibility is that whilst there are shared interests across elite power blocks with respect to the development and implementation of biosecurity regimes, there are also divergent material and security interests. In this scenario, we see major powers such as the US, China and Russia pushing forward with the development of global biosecurity regimes whilst resource and security driven conflicts roll on. 

Also possible is that, rather than emanating primarily from transnational-level elite power networks, both the wars and the biosecurity regimes are largely a function of Western-centric elite power networks with support from factions within opposing nations that have infiltrated governance and public institutions including media. From this perspective, both processes might be explicable as part of Western Imperialism. Detailed and global level power network analysis is essential in order to further assess the relative cogency of these possibilities as well as other plausible hypotheses. 

Conceptualizing and Naming the Predator Groups

The Beesley-Robinson essay suggests there is a consistent organized cabal pushing the continuum of aggressions from the Covidian crimes against humanity, to NATO targeting of Russia through a strategy that uselessly sacrificed hundreds of thousands of Ukranian lives, and now with the US-Israel assault on Gaza involving the backing of the governments of UK, Germany, EU and many other polities.

In trying to name this cabal-- this group of saboteurs seeking depopulation, widespread enfeeblement, the enthronement and destructive application of climate change mythology, centralized control of everything, universalized digital IDs, cashless digitalization of all finances, and transhuman robotization of survivors---- the co-authors came up with various labels for the culprits. 

I took particular note of a reference to "a network of technocratic elite groups." There were many other nods to the threat of "biosecurity regimes," the "Censorship-Industrial Complex," "the global enemy that threatens our existence," and "the rapacious predator class."

How can we make headway in our quest for understanding of how power operates without moving much more boldly into the subject that has never been a comfortable one in the Propaganda and War on Terror discussion group. Surely we can stop somewhere short of the blunt and aggressive language of, say, Harry Vox and Nick Fuentes. Surely we must not back down from the imperative of saying what must be said, especially now that the government of South Africa has charged the government of Israel in the International Court of Justice with violating the UN's Genocide Convention. 

The Genocide Convention Goes Mainstream

Here are my comments on the allegation that the Israeli government is committing genocide. The excerpt below is taken from my recent Substack essay, "The Strange Dance of Benjamin Netanyahu with Hamas."

These implications arise in the marriage of fact and fiction, reality and myth, entailed in the uprooting of native Palestinians starting in 1948 to make way for the European atonement for The Holocaust. With considerable help from the Zionist Lobby, this term, "The Holocaust," started to find its way into common parlance in the 1970s.

Now the very country that was created as a response to the original paradigmatic case of genocide, is itself being charged with violating the UN’s Genocide Convention. The international crime alleged, is that the government of Israel committed genocide aimed at exterminating and deporting Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank.

This intended extermination is still being pressed forward through a variety of methods including carpet bombing, forced starvation, planned plagues and the destruction of hospitals. The ancestral lands under the very feet of the Palestinians who are currently being subjected to genocide, were transferred to Israel in 1947 without any consultation with Palestinians let alone consent from them. The remaining Palestinian land was then stolen again in 1967 through illegal conquest by the IDF.

The charge of genocide was put before the International Court of Justice by government of South Africa whose main founding father in its present incarnation is the late Nelson Mandela. Before 1994 one of the main allies of apartheid South Africa was apartheid Israel. The Israeli genocide of 2023-24, however, is far more severe in its treatment of native Palestinians than the government of South Africa was in its treatment of native Africans in the Bantustans or of the so-called “coloured” Asians whose pioneer defender was Mahatma Ghandi.

What case will the government of Israel develop to defend itself from the allegation that it is committing genocide against the Palestinians? One possibility is that the lawyers for the defence will argue that harsh responses were required to “eradicate” the diabolical Hamas and the many Palestinians that were seen by Israeli officials to be complicit in the organization’s alleged crimes.

Whatever argument the Israeli government adopts, it is predictable that the events of October 7 will be presented as if they came out of the clear blue sky as a complete surprise. Moreover whatever “mistakes” might have taken place on the Israeli side, will be attributed to “intelligence failures.”

In "Genocide in Gaza," the Substack of John J. Mearscheimer, the co-author of the legendary text, The Israel Lobby and U.S. Foreign Policy commends the quality of writing, documentation, and legal argumentation in South Africa's submission to the International Court of Justice. Prof. Mearscheimer's text includes a link to South Africa's legal submission. Turkey is joining the case against Israel. 

Genocide in Gaza

The government of South Africa is asking the ICJ judiciary to intervene quickly to make an interim intervention to stop the US-Israel genocide. This intervention comes as the cold moist killer winter winds blow in on the exposed homeless population of the Gaza Strip. This intervention is being sought after the Israeli Prime Minister has repeatedly stated his plans to carry on the genocide for months and months to come. 

By now it is well known that the objective of the Jewish supremacists dominating the Kahanesque Israel government is the forced deportation of the Palestinian survivors to finish off the genocidal Nakba that began in 1948. From 1948 until 2024, the de-Palestinianization of Israel has been unrelentingly imposed on the native population. Will the government of Israel be allowed to realize the Zionist project with such a ruthless expression of Jewish cruelty?

Issues Related to Israel, Zionism and the International Jewry Permeate the Subjects of 9/11 and Covid–19 through to Ukraine and Israel/Palestine

Let me conclude with a few comments on topics that might have enriched Beeley's and Robinson's essay in their dot-connecting overview of the dynamics of power alignments that are causing the mounting Everything Crisis. Among the latest developments in the Everything Crisis are the growing prospect of a regional war in West Asia or even a world war involving the deployment of weapons of mass destruction. 

Although the 9/11 debacle lies outside the time period the co-authors covered, the 9/11 false flag established many of the underlying patterns that have played a very large role in getting us to this extremely dangerous juncture at which humanity has now arrived. Some will inevitably oppose my insistence that the Zionist energies infusing and informing the Project for the New American Century played a large role in the genesis of the 9/11 false flag event.

9/11 may have been an "inside job," but only if there is a large conceptualization of what is inside the process of manufacturing of this false flag event. The inside job scenario of 9/11 can only be accurate if it includes the inner core of Likudnik Israelis with Benjamin Netanhahu as the primary embodiment of the merger of the Zionist chain of command running many facets of government in both Israel and the USA. 

Professor David Ray Griffin, our founding Dean of 9/11 Studies, recently passed away without altering his treatment of the Zionist aspect of the lies and crimes of 9/11 as a no-go zone. Events, however, have moved on. So should we as the scale and depravity of the Gaza genocide sets a new imperative for getting serious about connecting the dots. Turning a blind eye to the existence of an Israeli crime spree from its inception has had devastating consequences.

Recent episodes of global catastrophe demonstrate how crime cycles grow when the culprits repeatedly get away with mass murder in their quest to change the course of history to serve their own advantage. Many may dream of such power but alliances of mobsters with the capacity to pull off and get away with the highest level of international crime are few. Its doesn’t take rocket science to figure out where to look for the culprits when things are made to go wrong in this gargantuan scale.

Benjamin Netanyahu has had overlapping roles in the subject matter of the Beesley-Robinson essay. Netanyahu notoriously negotiated a deal with Pfizer President, Albert Boula, transforming Israel into a test tube laboratory for unlimited and unregulated experimentation on Jewish subjects. So much for the Nuremberg Code.

Netanyahu boasted during his run as a key culprit in the Covidian crimes, that Israel constituted the world's first fully-injected country. The claim was not true but it made for good PR at the time. How many premature as well as slow and agonizing deaths of Israeli citizens have happened and will continue to happen under Netanyahu's problematic watch? Probably there are many more deaths from the Covidian crimes in Israel than those imposed in Gaza and the West Bank by the genocidaires in the IDF?

Netanyahu has shown his willingness to play fast and loose with the lives of Israeli citizens on October 7 when he sent away the IDF soldiers responsible for responding to any breach of the Gaza Walls. Was Netanyahu in the loop in the decision to hold back immediate emergency responses to the Qassam Brigade attacks? Was he involved in ordering IDF soldiers to fire indiscriminately on Palestinian and Israeli people based on the Hannibal Directive to prevent the taking of Israeli captives by Hamas?

Echoes of Netanyahu's important role in the Covidian crimes against humanity--- crimes that are still being covered up and denied--- have seemingly been repeated in the tactics deployed in the Gaza genocide. In both the manufactured Covid crisis and in the Gaza Massacre, hospitals were weaponized to become platforms for the killing of those targeted for extermination.

The zeal to undermine fertility and population growth by targeting babies, children and young people as well as women more generally, was prevalent in the depopulation initiatives carried out in the name of fighting Covid and in the Gaza Genocide. In both cases, where Benjamin Netanyahu played the central role, infrastructure and life-support system of all kinds have been the subject of scorched earth tactics.

Books can and probably will be written about the Jewish and Zionist aspects of the Ukrainian debacle. In 2014 Victoria Nuland, part of the complex of Zionist neocons emerging from the Project for the New American Century, imposed a new governing council causing a change in regime named after Maidan Square in Ukraine's capital.

This US hand-picked council was composed of Jewish plutocrats and militant Ukrainian nationalists drawing on the heritage of Hitler's Waffen SS. This effort to rehabilitate the image of Nazis as part of NATO's role in the war on Russia culminated last September in the surreal spectacle that took place in Ottawa in the Parliament of Canada.

Two standing ovations were offered up by all in attendance for a soldier from a unit that had fought in WWII the allied armies of the British Empire (including Canada), the United States and, of course, the Soviet Union. The Canadian Parliament will, henceforth, be forever degraded by what happened in that kurid ritual.

Karina Gould, Liberal Government House Leader in Parliament, Lied Unrelentingly Trying to Distance Herself from the Scandal Over the Honouring of Former Waffen SS Soldier, Yarosalav Hunka. She Claimed Ignorance of the History Embodied by Hunka.Yet Here She is in the Halls of Parliament Receiving a Warm Embrace from Hunka’s Son Who is Standing Beside the Speaker of the House. The Speaker Resigned to Save the Face of Ukrainian Nazi Admirer Justin Trudeau, His Ukrainian-Canadian Handler, Chrystia Freeland, and Gould Herself. Gould Sought to Exonerate Herself who Could Not Be Pro-Nazi Because She is Part of a Family of Holocaust Survivors. Much to Her discredit, Gould Tried to Get the Whole Record of Parliament’s Honoring of Hunka, Stripped From the Hansard Transcript.

The Israel-Palestine conflict underway not only in Gaza but in Lebanon, Iraq, Syria, Yemen and the Red Sea has the effect of putting at the forefront the role of Zionism, Israel, and the crisis in international Jewry. I hope we in the Propaganda and 9/11 Global War on Terror Working Group, can be more bold and inclusive in incorporating the study of Jewish Power in our work of research, publication and teaching. We are in an excellent position to continue making important contributions to the public discourse in these perilous times.
