The current attempt by Governments and their empowered institutions to deny that they employed mandates or forced individuals or businesses to get their employees vaccinated is another version of "The Emerors New Clothes" only insofar as it qualifies as an attempt at mass deception. The full horror of the evil behind what occurred in those couple of years is something so horrible that I do not think Anderson could even conceive of it. HC Andersen was pretty well ignored in his own country Denmark, until he became famous elsewhere in Europe. Most of his stories where a commentary on the behaviour and cruelty of people around him and the social conventions of his day.
Back to the mandates that TPTB insist never happened. Their attempt at reconciliation ( a symbiotic bag of BS that we were all in this together ) pushed over all heads did not go down very well. Quite reminiscent to me of the Jewish fellow who ran the American Hotel in Fort McLeod Alberta near a huge Indian reservation quite a few maybe 35 to 45 years ago, he was a criminal bootlegger a pimp and dealer in all kinds pf contraband who had been fined and warned several times but carried on with his lucrative schemes which involved taking advantage of young Indian females. Finally his hotel was condemned and closed down likely by pressure from the native band council, he wound up in court on more serious charges. At his sentencing he began wailing on about being a holocaust survivor and how was he going to get along now that his hotel business has been taken, and he wakes up at night to the sound of Nazi boots. Didn't work. The hotel is still there boarded up all this time . Being of solid Redcliff brick it will likely become part of old Fort McLeod Heritage.

On the American Hotel in Fort McLeod and your memories of it. I remember being at the bar around the time I moved to Lethbridge in 1990. Then a few years I recall a student student after class telling me how his father owned to American Hotel. He told me about his father's interest in The Holocaust and said he was involved in finding survivors and taping them. He indicated Stephen Spielberg was somehow involved. Years after that my friend Tooker Gomberg told me he wanted to buy the American Hotel to become some sort of school or museum on energy conservation. Small world.
I knew a lot of people around the Pincher Creek, Fort McLeod and Claresholm area until I moved the Family to BC in 88. We lived in the Foothills west of Granum and we would make a bimonthly trip with an empty horse trailer to a wholesaler of just about anything in Granum, even the Co Op couldn't beat his prices. Then we would stop by and visit friends in McLeod and pick up on the latest going on's. Thats when I heard about the American Hotel story and the sock who ran it. One of the people we knew went to the courthouse during the trial. I can't remember If the trial was in McLeod or someplace else. When our friend told us about the fellow getting convicted on various charges and then at sentencing attempting to use what he thought might be a great get out of jail free card, by telling theJudge that he and his Family were Holocaust survivors... it backfired. The judge blew his verbal stack at him and he likely would have fared better had he kept his mouth shut. Imagine a Judge doing that today.
I kept some local newspaper clippings about the trial just for the record and as part of my dossier on these lovely fellow terrestrial travellers, but I suspect these are long gone by now. Anyway I am blessed with having been gifted a photographic memory. If I stick it in there then it stays there.

I was kicked out of the University of Alberta School of Nursing in 2018 for not being a team player. I was 59, I had a pension from my previous job, and was only trying to get Canadian residency. I enjoyed my brief stay in Edmonton. It's a beautiful city with beautiful people--except the professional class, of course.
Thanks for sharing that history. I was attacked in 2016 and removed from my position as a tenured full professor at the University of Lethbridge. I was reinstated to my academic job in 2017 once the issue went to court. I was also subjected by a trial by media involving a classic smear campaign in literally hundred of media stories in several countries. At different points along the way I was subjected to University of Alberta faculty members but especially one, Eric Adams, in the Law School. In my view was not an honest broker in the academic establishment. I didn't see one act of courage or intelligence from U of A throughout the ongoing Hoax we are still living through.
