Project BioShield authorizes the Food and Drug Administration to grant Emergency Use Authorizations (EUA) to medical countermeasures following a public health emergency declaration by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. The declaration could be based on either the Secretary's determination of a public health emergency with the significant potential to affect national security, or on a heightened risk of a CBRN attack on the public or U.S. military forces (as determined by the Secretary of Homeland Security or the Secretary of Defense, respectively).

Of course this legal abomination should be eliminated along with the provisions for permanent impunity against being sued for the damages done by all vaccines on the list of mandated shots for school age children. This society and this pharmaceutical industry is guilty of putting children in the zones of greatest danger. Schools have become very dangerous places for the students in a variety of ways. Its quite disgusting.
Of course there is a very major controversy developing over whether the drug companies are liable for all their malfeasance causing death and harm, or do they get off the hook because the military is at the front of the line when it comes to criminal responsibility for this catastrophe. Some think that both the military and the civilian wings are responsible for this crime against humanity. They both have shared culpability. It seems to me that so far the Brook Jackson case has unfolded in a way that brings the military into the seminal litigation concerning these matters.
With illegal-laws and work-arounds through special military acquisition programs, there is no liability, unless it is found in the lower local and regional courts which are not smart enough to understand that everything was changed at the federal level...
The imperitive for the wealthy is to get rid of most humans, who are using the resources the elite need for future operatons. Injectable War Of Attrition ponts out the trends. "We" are resource competitors, though they need us to work their operations. They need a major cull, and complete control of their remaining servants through individual electronic monitoring and direct pain/pleasure incentivization. First the gradual cull.
We should see that they don't want to spring a lot of their ambushes until their economic game collapses. As long as profits are coming in, the show must go on. That means we have a historicl moment to prepare and to resist their coming moves against us. Grasp Historical Initiative.
